If my machine breaks down who do I call?
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, each machine will have a contact number for you to call. You can also use the contact form on the website.
How often do you fill and clean the machine?
This totally depends on usage. We have years of experience spread over many sectors and businesses and therefore gained a good idea on number of visits that your place of work will need in a week. Please read our fully managed vending service page here.
Do you install the drinks machine for free?
If your place of work meets the criteria for our free fully managed vending service then we will deliver the machine, move it into position and connect the power and water. We normally request that the plumbing and electrics are in position prior to our arrival. However, we can arrange an insured and qualified plumber
Can the hot drinks machine serve tea?
All the hot drinks vending machines in our stand alone range serve fresh brew tea. If you have a machine under our free fully managed service then you'll be enjoying PG Tips leaf tea!
Will the tea be watery?
No. We only use fresh brew PG Tips leaf tea in our hot drinks vending machines and not freeze-dried tea. You can read about what branded ingredients come as standard on our fully managed service page here.
Are your hot drinks Fairtrade?
Yes. We use a range of certified products, including Fairtrade and Rain Forest Alliance.
Can we have a few healthy selections in the snack machine?
Absolutely. We can provide a list of snacks that are healthier and in addition, if there's a product you have in mind that you would prefer to be stocked in your cold drinks and food vending machine, please let us know.
Can I buy refurbished vending machines?
Yes. Feel free to browse our stand alone standing hot drinks vending machines. It will state in the product description if the machine is available as a factory reconditioned or not. All our refurbishment suppliers really do go to town on the machines.They arrive to us looking and working as new, with all worn parts
Do you use real milk powder in your machines?
Yes we can. We can arrange to install a 100% dairy product that's granulated and fat free, please specify this during our consultation. You can read more on what branded ingredients come as standard and what are available as upgrades here.
What drinks machines are used in the free service
It depends on your requirements. We use a range of factory reconditioned machines that will cover your needs. The machines arrive in a spectacular condition with all worn parts replaced and body work resprayed. We use the remanufacture service of Westomatic, find out more about the process here.
